He was born in Bytom, Poland, in 1981. While studying at the Fryderyk Chopin State Music School in Bytom under Professor Paweł Waloszczyk, he received numerous distinctions at competitions, including those held in Jastrzębie-Zdrój and Tarnowskie Góry. He graduated with honors from the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, where he studied tuba under Professor Jan Górny.

In recognition of his outstanding achievements, he was awarded a scholarship from the Polish Ministry of Culture and Arts in 2003–2004. He further developed his musical education through masterclasses and training programs in Poland and abroad, including the Internationale Junge Orchesterakademie in Bayreuth, Germany, and the Idyllwild Arts Summer Program in the United States.
Since 2002, he has served as Principal Tuba of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra (NOSPR) in Katowice. With this ensemble, he has performed extensively both in Poland and internationally. He also collaborates with other leading Polish orchestras, including Sinfonietta Cracovia, Sinfonia Varsovia, Aukso Chamber Orchestra, and the New Music Orchestra.
In addition to his orchestral career, he derives particular satisfaction from his work as a soloist and chamber musician. He has appeared as a soloist with ensembles such as Capella Cracoviensis, the Silesian Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Polish Youth Orchestra.
Since 2002, he has also maintained an active concert career with his own chamber ensemble, Cracow Brass Quintet, which won Second Prize at the National Chamber Music Ensemble Competition in Warsaw in 2005.
He currently teaches tuba at the Academy of Music in Kraków and the Academy of Music in Katowice.
