PhD in Theatre Arts, actress, speech therapist, voice coach, and certified Designated Linklater Teacher (DLT). Her work combines extensive experience in performing arts and academia with expertise in speech therapy, voice training, breathing techniques, and body awareness.

She graduated from the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw with a degree in Acting (2008), completed the Teacher Training College of Foreign Languages in Racibórz (2006), and earned a Bachelor's degree in English Philology from the University of Silesia (2007). She also qualified as a massage therapist (2017) and completed postgraduate studies in Speech and Language Therapy at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (2019). In 2023, she became a certified instructor of Olga Szemley’s Face Yoga method.

In 2016, she received her PhD from the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw. Her doctoral research focused primarily on speech and voice work. In August 2023, she completed the extensive training program at the Kristin Linklater Voice Centre in the United Kingdom and Italy, earning the title of Designated Linklater Teacher (DLT).

She continuously expands her professional qualifications through workshops and training in:

  • The Buteyko Method,
  • Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy according to Anita Kittel,
  • The Feldenkrais Method,
  • Bioenergetic Analysis (Lowen Method),
  • Pulsing.

As an actress, she has collaborated with numerous theatres, including the Powszechny Theatre and Bajka Theatre in Warsaw, the Cieszyn Theatre in Český Těšín, the Contemporary Theatre in Szczecin, the Dramatic Theatre in Płock, and the New Theatre in Słupsk.

For many years, she has been involved in academic teaching, lecturing in speech technique, articulation, and voice production at institutions including the Lucyna Kobierzycka Acting Studio in Warsaw, the University of Social Sciences, the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art, and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. Between 2021 and 2023, she also taught Pinotherapy, a practical reflex-based therapeutic approach.

She conducts workshops in face yoga, breathing techniques, voice training based on the Kristin Linklater method, and prevention of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) tension and dysfunction. She has also worked as an interpreter for English-language courses for physiotherapists and manual therapists in visceral therapy, palpatory anatomy, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).

In her approach to voice and communication, she views the body as an essential component of expression and well-being. Her fascination with the human body and its influence on voice, breathing, and movement has led her to explore a wide range of methods and disciplines. This journey has allowed her to develop a holistic approach that integrates artistic practice, speech therapy, and embodied awareness.
