A native of Silesia - brought up in the tradition of mining orchestras, with which he collaborated throughout his musical education. A graduate of the Primary and Secondary School of Music in Jastrzębie-Zdrój. He studied at the Academy of Music in Krakow in the class of prof. A. Czechowski, and then completed postgraduate studies in the class of prof. Z. Stolarczyk and Dr. hab. J. Urbańczyk. He worked in the Representative Orchestra of the Border Guard in Nowy Sącz. Currently, tuba player of the Świętokrzyska Philharmonic. O. Kolberg in Kielce, member of the Świętokrzyski Brass Quintet, certified teacher of the ZPSM. L. Różycki in Kielce and the State Music School of the 1st degree in Pińczów, where he teaches tuba and euphonium classes as well as brass band classes. For years, he has been an instructor of the Youth Brass Band in Krasocin - one of the best brass bands in Poland and Europe. In 2022, he was awarded the title of consultant teacher of the Artistic Education Center. He conducts extensive artistic and educational activities in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, for which he was honored three times with the Individual Award of the Center for Artistic Education - for a special contribution to the development of artistic education in Poland, the Award of the Mayor of the City and Commune of Pińczów for outstanding teaching, educational and caring work, the Award of the Mayor of Pińczów Kielce for achievements in the field of artistic creation, dissemination and protection of culture and the Award of the Marshal of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship - the Świętokrzyskie Culture Award. Students of his class win numerous awards and distinctions at national and international competitions and festivals. The most important is the 1st place in the National Tuba Competition of the Jakub Antonkiewicz Center for Artistic Education. His students also received a scholarship from the Prime Minister for scientific and artistic achievements, and the graduates work, among others, in the Representative Orchestra of the Polish Army. Gen. J. Wybicki in Warsaw and the Air Force Representative Orchestra in Poznań.He has performed in many countries around the world, including: Norway, Spain, China, USA. He played under the baton of many outstanding conductors, including: Jerzy Maksymiuk, Krzysztof Penderecki, Gabriel Chmura, Antoni Wit and Wojciech Michniewski. With the Symphony Orchestra of the Świętokrzyska Philharmonic he made many album recordings, including: "We are from here" with Włodek Pawlik, four editions of "Album Polski", two albums with music by Ryszard Bukowski and the album "Anbild". Together with the Świętokrzyskie Brass Quintet, he has performed many times at Jeunesses Musicales festivals, the International Festival of K. Jamroz in Busko-Zdrój and annually at the Early Music Festival in Levoca. He has been a participant of Żywiecki Suwakowanie for years.
