Żywieckie Suwakowanie 

XIX edition of the largest trombone and tuba
event in Poland

Mariusz Płonka is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Kraków, where he studied trombone under Professor Dr. Hab. Zdzisław Stolarczyk. He is currently the conductor of the brass bands in Wilamowice and Polanka Wielka.

He has been a long-time friend and conductor of the Żywieckie Suwakowanie festival.
