Piotr Misiak – bass trombonist, graduated with distinction from the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowicein 2002. Laureate of numerous competitions, including 2nd prize at the 2nd National Trombone Festival in Warsaw(2000).

Since 2002, he has been the bass trombonist of the Silesian Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra in Katowice. In previous years, he worked as a teacher at the ZSM im. Michała Spisaka w Dąbrowie Górniczej and at the ZSM I i II st. w Rudzie Śląskiej.

He currently leads a trombone class at the PSM I st. im. F. Chopina w Będzinie (since 2003). Between 1999 and 2019, he collaborated with the Teatr Rozrywki w Chorzowie.

An orchestral musician and chamber performer, he collaborates with many orchestras, recording and performing both in Poland and abroad.

Privately, he is the owner of a dog named Suwak.
