Born in 1983, they are the principal trombonist of the National Symphony Orchestra of the Polish Radio in Katowice and one of the leading trombonists in Poland. They began their trombone studies at the age of 14. In 2007, they graduated from the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław in the trombone class of Professor Michał Mazurkiewicz. They have won several international solo and chamber music competition prizes, including those in Warsaw, Katowice, Dąbrowa Górnicza, and Gdańsk. As a soloist, they have performed with numerous orchestras in Poland. They made archival recordings of Kazimierz Serocki's "Sonatina" and "Trombone Concerto" as well as Witold Friemann's "Trombone Concerto" with the National Symphony Orchestra of the Polish Radio. They are an active chamber musician, performing with Sinfonia Varsovia Brass and the Polish Brass Quintet. Since 2008, they have been a lecturer in trombone and chamber music at the Academy of Music in Wrocław, where they obtained a postdoctoral degree in music in 2019.
