Tomasz Kaczor, a graduate of the I. J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, where he studied trombone. From 2002 to 2024, he was a musician with the Orchestra of the Stanisław Moniuszko Grand Theatre in Poznań. Since 2024, he has been the bass trombonist of the Tadeusz Szeligowski Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra.

He collaborates with many symphony orchestras in Poland, including the Szczecin Philharmonic, Gorzów Philharmonic, Opera at the Castle in Szczecin, Wrocław Opera, and the Musical Theatre in Poznań. As a chamber musician, he co-founded the trombone quartet Trombquartet. He also works with Poznań Brass and Castle Brass. Additionally, he is the bass trombonist of the cover band Modesta Pastiche.

He has completed numerous masterclasses and advanced courses led by professors such as Zdzisław Stolarczyk, Jonas Bylund, Grzegorz Nagórski, Jakub Waszczeniuk, Iwan Bosniak, Thomas Leyendecker, Olaf Ott, Gyorgy Givicsan, Tomasz Stolarczyk, Tomasz Hajda, Michał Mazurkiewicz, and Roman Siwek.

He began his pedagogical activity in 2007 with the Oborniki Wind Orchestra, where he taught trombone and tuba until 2022. Since 2015, he has been teaching trombone at the Primary State Music School in Szamotuły, and since 2024 at the Music School Complex in Poznań. He also leads numerous workshops for young trombone students.

Since 2018, he has been giving masterclasses for participants of Tromboholizm — the Poznań Trombone Music Festival in Poznań.

Since 2023, he has served as the conductor of the Volunteer Fire Department Wind Orchestra in Murowana Goślina.
