XVIII edition of the biggest trombone and tuba festival in Poland

Wojciech Jeliński, graduated with honors from the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music I. J. Paderewski in Poznań in the class of prof. Maciej Łakomy, and from the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin in the class of Professor Christhard Gössling, a longtime trombonist of the Berlin Philharmonic. In 2016-2018, he was a scholarship holder of the Karajan Akademie Der Berliner Philharmoniker in the class of prof. Olaf Ott. In 2016, he received the artistic scholarship of the City of Poznań, in 2022 the scholarship of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region, and in 2023 the scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

Wojciech Jeliński is an assistant professor at the Department of Brass Instruments at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. I. J. Paderewski in Poznań, and since 2019 he has been the principal trombonist of the T. Szeligowski in Poznań. In 2021, he received a doctoral degree in the field of musical arts.

He is the originator and artistic director of Tromboholizm - Poznań Trombone Music Festival.
